• LIFEPILL 3MG CAPSULE can be taken with or without food as advised by the doctor.

• Do not chew, crush, or break it.

• Choose heart-healthy foods: Eat plenty of vegetables, fruits, whole grains, pulses, nuts, and other foods low in saturated fat. A balanced diet can support cholesterol and blood pressure control.
• Limit salt intake: Reduce foods high in salt (sodium), particularly processed and packaged foods. Your doctor can advise how much salt is appropriate for you based on your blood pressure and overall health.
• Stay physically active: Regular activities such as brisk walking, cycling, or swimming can support heart health and blood pressure control. Aim for an activity level that is appropriate for your health and follow your doctor's advice before starting a new exercise programme.
