Leekuf-SF Syrup is used to treat dry cough. Additionally it also treats cold and allergic symptoms. The detailed uses of Leekuf-SF Syrup are as follows:

• Dry and irritating cough: Leekuf-SF Syrup suppresses cough reflex and provides comfort in persistent coughing.
• Nasal congestion: Leekuf-SF Syrup reduces nasal stuffiness and improves breathing by constricting enlarged blood vessels in the nasal passageways.
• Allergy symptoms: Leekuf-SF Syrup reduces sneezing, watery eyes, and runny nose due to allergies and upper respiratory tract infections.
• Treatment of chest congestion: Leekuf-SF Syrup helps loosen and expel thick mucus from the airways, relieving congestion.
• Common cold symptoms: Leekuf-SF Syrup provides relief from symptoms like cough, sore throat, congestion, and minor throat irritation.

Leekuf-SF Syrup contains Guaiphenesin, Dextromethorphan hydrobromide, Phenylephrine hydrochloride, and Chlorpheniramine maleate used to treat dry cough. Guaiphenesin is an expectorant that increases the volume of fluid in the airways, reduces the stickiness of mucus, and removes it from the airways. Dextromethorphan hydrobromide is a cough suppressant that works by blocking the transmission of nerve signals from the cough center in the brain to the muscles that produce cough. Thus, it decreases the need to cough. Phenylephrine hydrochloride is a decongestant that works by contracting and narrowing the blood vessels.
