L-Vit 12 Vial is used to treat peripheral neuropathies and megaloblastic anaemia caused by vitamin B12 deficiency. Vitamin B12 is a vital dietary nutrient, and a deficiency of vitamin B12 can lead to peripheral neuropathy, megaloblastic anaemia, and many other serious conditions.

L-Vit 12 Vial contains Mecobalamin, a form of vitamin B12 that helps protect nerves from damage and promote blood cell production. It regulates body functions, such as cell multiplication, blood formation, and protein synthesis.
