Komela-TX Cream is used to treat melasma and hyperpigmentation. It protects the skin from harmful UV radiation and reduces discoloration. Melasma is a condition in which brown and patchy pigmentation appears on the skin.

Komela-TX Cream is a combination medicine containing mulberry extract, tranexamic acid, kojic acid, arbutin, magnesium, and vitamin E. Tranexamic acid reduces pigmentation and protects the skin from UV radiation. Vitamin E and magnesium provide essential nutrients. The mulberry extract reduces wrinkles and prevents premature aging. Kojic acid and arbutin suppress the formation of melanin (skin pigment).

Komela-TX Cream should be used as the doctor has advised. Sometimes, Komela-TX Cream may cause common side effects such as redness, skin rash and dry skin. • Hyperpigmentation:Komela-TX Cream improves skin tone, texture, and overall radiance by reducing hyperpigmentation, evening out skin tone, and enhancing skin clarity.

• Follow your doctor's instructions on the dosage and timing of this medication to ensure safe and effective use.
• Wash your face with tepid water and a mild, non-toxic soap/face wash.
• Dry the face and pat the cream on gently.
• Do not wash the affected area immediately after applying Komela-TX Cream.
• Do not apply an excessive amount of Komela-TX Cream.
• Avoid getting Komela-TX Cream in your eyes or mouth.
• Do not apply on large, open wounds or on chapped areas of the skin.
