• Manages allergic symptoms: Kolder Plus Tablet reduces sneezing, runny nose, and itchy or watery eyes caused by allergic rhinitis.
• Eases common cold symptoms: Kolder Plus Tablet alleviates nasal congestion, headache, body aches, and fever associated with the common cold.

• Take Kolder Plus Tablet with or without food as advised by your doctor.
• Follow your doctor’s instructions on the dosage and timing of this medication to ensure safe and effective use.
• Swallow Kolder Plus Tablet as a whole with a glass of water.
• Do not break, chew, or crush it.

Kolder Plus Tablet is primarily used to treat the common cold, allergies (allergic rhinitis), and related symptoms such as runny or blocked nose, sneezing, congestion, pain, fever, and cough by suppressing the cough reflex. It is composed of four medicines, namely, Cetirizine (antihistamine/antiallergic), Dextromethorphan (anti-tussive), Paracetamol (mild analgesic and antipyretic), and Phenylephrine (decongestant). Cetirizine belongs to the class of antihistamines (antiallergic drugs) that works by blocking the action of histamine, a substance responsible for causing allergic reactions. It helps relieve allergy symptoms such as sneezing, running nose, watery eyes, itching, swelling, congestion, or stiffness. Dextromethorphan helps suppress cough by reducing activity in the brain’s cough centre, providing relief. Paracetamol is an analgesic (relieves pain) and antipyretic (reduces fever) that works by inhibiting the production of certain chemical messengers in the brain known as 'prostaglandins' responsible for pain and fever. Phenylephrine helps shrink the blood vessels in the nasal passage, reducing a stuffy nose. Together, they can effectively treat symptoms of the common cold, flu, allergies, and respiratory infections, including runny nose, sneezing, watery eyes, nasal congestion, cough, fever, and body aches.

Do not take Kolder Plus Tablet if you are allergic to Kolder Plus Tablet or any of its ingredients. Please inform your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding before starting Kolder Plus Tablet . If you have high blood pressure, emphysema, chronic bronchitis, kidney or liver disease, or coronary artery disease, please inform your doctor before taking Kolder Plus Tablet to rule out potential interactions. Also, inform your doctor about all other medications you have taken before starting Kolder Plus Tablet . Do not stop taking Kolder Plus Tablet , even if you feel better, without asking your doctor, as your symptoms may come back and even worsen your condition. Kolder Plus Tablet may cause drowsiness and sleepiness, so it is advised not to drive or operate heavy machinery until you are fully alert. Consumption of alcohol should be avoided as it may lead to excessive drowsiness and sleepiness. Do not take Kolder Plus Tablet if you have taken an MAO inhibitor (anti-depressant medication) in the past 14 days. Also, avoid tobacco consumption as it may worsen your condition further.

• Drink plenty of fluids to avoid dehydration.
• Stay away from dust, irritants, and strong odors.
