About Ismolong 30mg Tablet SR

Ismolong 30mg Tablet SR is used to treat angina pectoris, in which the blood vessels of the heart narrow unexpectedly and suddenly. This leads to decreased blood flow to the heart's muscles, which in turn causes suffocation and tight pain in the chest, neck, or arm area.

Ismolong 30mg Tablet SR works by the formation of the free radical nitric oxide (NO) inside our body, which leads to the relaxation of muscles of blood vessels, especially of the heart, leading to proper blood flow towards the heart muscle.

The common side effects of Ismolong 30mg Tablet SR include nausea, dizziness & headache. In case of any discomfort, speak with a doctor.

What if I have taken an overdose of Ismolong 30mg Tablet SR

Do not take more than the prescribed dose of Ismolong 30mg Tablet SR as it may cause overdose. The symptoms of overdose include severe dizziness, fever, severe throbbing headache, confusion, vision problems, fast or pounding heartbeats, vomiting, nausea, stomach pain, trouble breathing, bloody diarrhoea, cold or clammy skin, sweating, seizures (fits), and fainting. If you suspect you have taken overdose or notice signs of overdose, please consult a doctor immediately.
