Instaryl BM Expectorant is used to treat cough associated with asthma, bronchitis (inflamed airways) and other airways (bronchopulmonary) problems. Coughing (dry or productive) is the body's mechanism for clearing irritants (such as allergens, mucus, or smoke) from the airways and preventing infection.
