I am having an acute hydrocele problem with pain in my scrotum. Can Hucog-5000 injection help in treating this condition?

A hydrocele is a condition where fluid collects around the testis, causing swelling in the scrotum. In most cases, it is not dangerous, but if there is pain, it should be evaluated by a doctor because it may indicate infection, inflammation, or other urgent conditions, such as epididymitis or torsion. Hucog-5000 injection contains a hormone called human chorionic gonadotrophin and it is mainly used for fertility treatment. It does not treat hydrocele and will not reduce the fluid collection or pain in the scrotum. Therefore, it is not the correct treatment for this condition. If you have acute pain, it is important to see a doctor for an examination and possibly an ultrasound. Treatment depends on the cause and may include pain-relieving medicines, antibiotics if an infection is present, scrotal support, and rest. In persistent or large hydrocele cases, a minor surgical procedure may be needed to remove the fluid. Do not delay medical review if pain is severe or worsening.
After taking Hucog-5000 injection and Duphaston 10 mg tablet, is it possible for me to conceive?

After taking these medications, pregnancy may be possible, but it cannot be guaranteed. Duphaston 10 mg tablet contains dydrogesterone, which is a hormone that supports the lining of the uterus (womb) and helps create a healthy environment for the fertilised egg to implant and grow in the early stages of pregnancy. These medicines are often prescribed together as part of fertility treatment, especially when there are problems with ovulation or low progesterone levels. However, they only help improve the chances of conception and do not ensure pregnancy on their own. If you are unable to conceive after taking these medications, a doctor may suggest additional tests and change or adjust treatment accordingly.
