About Hapid Capsule

Hapid Capsule is a nutritional supplement used to strengthen bones, promote bone growth, enhance wound repair and healing and provide lubrication to the joints. It is also used in the treatment of bone disorders such as osteoarthritis. Hapid Capsule also improves flexibility, physical performance, and joint movement.

Hapid Capsule contains Boswellia serrata extract and Collagen Type II, which aid in the production of bone cartilage and provide lubrication to joints and bones. It reduces joint pain and stiffness by inhibiting enzymes (5-lipoxygenase) that cause inflammation, swelling, and stiffness.

In some cases, Hapid Capsule may cause minor side effects such as stomach ache, diarrhoea, nausea, constipation, loss of appetite, and lethargy. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve over time. However, talk to your physician if these side effects persist or worsen.

  • Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water.
  • Doing weight-bearing exercises such as brisk walking, jogging, tennis, or even dancing can be very useful in promoting overall bone health. However, do not over-exert yourself if you feel too tired or suffer from severely brittle bones.
  • Muscle training activities such as yoga and Pilates can also be very helpful.
  • Spend time under the sun (however, with proper sunscreen) for quality intake of Vitamin D.
  • Limit alcohol and caffeine consumption and stop smoking, as these may have a negative effect on bone health. Smokers tend to have lower bone density than non-smokers. Smoking can also interfere with the metabolism of Hapid Capsule .

Please see an orthopaedic doctor if you have had a fracture. Hapid Capsule is used in case of arthritis and has limited use in the treatment of fractures as a fracture is more of a surgical concern.
