Grilinctus-BM Paediatric Syrup is used in the treatment of productive/wet cough. The detailed uses of Grilinctus-BM Paediatric Syrup are as follows:

• Relieve bronchospasm in respiratory conditions:Grilinctus-BM Paediatric Syrup relaxes the airway muscles, helping to widen the bronchial passages and ease breathing in conditions like asthma and bronchitis.
• Thin and loosen mucus in the lungs:Grilinctus-BM Paediatric Syrup contains a mucolytic agent that breaks down thick mucus, making it easier to cough out and clear the airways.
• Improve airflow and reduce coughing episodes:Grilinctus-BM Paediatric Syrup enhances respiratory function by clearing mucus and reducing airway constriction, which helps alleviate persistent coughing.

Grilinctus-BM Paediatric Syrup contains Terbutaline and Bromhexine used in the treatment of productive cough (cough associated with mucus) in children. Terbutaline is a bronchodilator that relaxes muscles and widens the airways. Thereby it makes breathing easier. Bromhexine is a mucolytic agent (cough/sputum thinner) that works by thinning and loosening phlegm (mucus) in the lungs, windpipe and nose. Thereby, it helps cough out easily. Grilinctus-BM Paediatric Syrup is indicated in the symptomatic treatment of cough in acute and chronic bronchitis and other bronchospastic disorders such as eosinophilia.

• Grilinctus-BM Paediatric Syrup can be taken with or without food as advised by the doctor.
• Follow your doctor's instructions on the dosage and timing of this medication, or use it as per the labelled instructions.
• Shake the bottle well before use.
• Give the prescribed dose to your child by mouth using the measuring cup provided with the pack.
• Avoid using regular household spoons, as they may not measure the dose correctly.

• Avoid dairy products such as milk, as it may increase mucus production. Also, avoid processed or refined foods. Instead, replace baked foods, fried foods, white bread, white pasta, French fries, sugary desserts, and chips with green leafy vegetables.
• Make sure your child drinks plenty of fluids to avoid dry throat while they are having a cough. It helps loosen mucus.
• Avoid citrus fruits, as they may worsen the cough. Instead, include fruits rich in water, such as pears, watermelon, peaches, and pineapples.
