Fusibrex 20mg Ointment is an antibiotic used to treat bacterial skin infections such as impetigo, infected cuts and abrasions, infected eczema and contact dermatitis. Bacterial skin infections occur when bacteria enter the body through broken skin, cuts, or wounds.

Fusibrex 20mg Ointment contains ‘Sodium fusidate’ that works by preventing the synthesis of essential proteins required for the survival of the bacteria. Thereby, Fusibrex 20mg Ointment helps in treating skin infections.

Fusibrex 20mg Ointment is generally well-tolerated. However, it may cause mild stinging sensation and irritation in some cases. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. If the side effects persist or worsen, consult your doctor.
