Forglyn Plus Respicaps is used in the treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease to relieve symptoms and prevent exacerbations. COPD is a group of lung diseases that includes emphysema (shortness of breath) and chronic bronchitis (inflammation of the lining of the bronchial tubes).

Forglyn Plus Respicaps contains Budesonide, glycopyrrolate, and formoterol fumarate dihydrate. Formoterol fumarate works by relaxing muscles and widening the lungs' airways. Glycopyrrolate reduces secretions in the airways. Budesonide acts on nasal lining cells and prevents the release of inflammatory mediators.

Forglyn Plus Respicaps may cause specific side effects, including oral thrush, cough, difficulty breathing, chills, back pain, muscle spasms, low blood pressure, nausea, and vomiting. Inform your doctor if these side effects persist or worsen.

• Reduces lung inflammation: Forglyn Plus Respicaps helps decrease airway swelling and inflammation, improving breathing.
• Relaxes airway muscles: Forglyn Plus Respicaps helps widen the airways for easier airflow and provides up to 12 hours of sustained bronchodilation.
• Prevents bronchoconstriction: Glycopyrrolate in Forglyn Plus Respicaps blocks signals that cause airway tightening, reducing COPD symptoms.

• Follow your doctor's instructions on the dosage and timing of this medication to ensure safety.
• Place the mouthpiece between your lips, press the inhaler, and breathe in slowly. Hold your breath for a few seconds, then slowly breathe out.
• Always shake the container for 5 seconds before each use.
• Rinse your mouth with water and spit it out after using it to help prevent fungal infections in your mouth and throat.

• Discontinue the medicine and inform your doctor if you observe any allergic reactions or are known allergic to any ingredients.
• This medicine is contraindicated for use in asthma patients, acute episodes of COPD, and use of other LABA drugs, as it can cause serious side effects.
• Forglyn Plus Respicaps may cause glaucoma, oropharyngeal candidiasis, adrenal suppression, cardiovascular effects, paradoxical bronchospasm, serious anaphylactic reactions, hypokalaemia, hyperglycaemia, pneumonia and deterioration of disease.
• Inform your doctor if you have any conditions like liver/kidney disease, glaucoma, asthma, heart disease, seizures, weak immune system, osteoporosis, diabetes, thyroid disorders, prostate/bladder problems, a serious infection, or medication history of anticholinergics, atropine, other LABA drugs, antifungal or anti-HIV medicines if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, please inform your doctor before using Forglyn Plus Respicaps .
