Forcazol Plus Tablet 10's is primarily used to treat nutritional deficiencies. It contains Calcium, Vitamin D3, Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin), and Folic acid. What if I have taken an overdose of Forcazol Plus Tablet 10's

Please do not exceed the recommended dose, as it might cause an overdose. Signs and symptoms of an overdose of Forcazol Plus Tablet 10's may include nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, mental or mood changes, headaches, drowsiness, weakness, and tiredness. Seek immediate medical attention if you observe any symptoms or think you have taken too much. Do this even if there are no signs of discomfort or poisoning.

Drug Warnings

Inform your doctor if you have malabsorption syndrome (difficulty absorbing nutrition from food) before starting Forcazol Plus Tablet 10's. Let your doctor know if you have any heart/kidney/liver diseases, Vitamin D toxicity, hypervitaminosis D or hypercalcaemia (excess calcium levels in the blood) before starting Forcazol Plus Tablet 10's. Consult your doctor before taking Forcazol Plus Tablet 10's if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Drinking alcohol may hinder Forcazol Plus Tablet 10's absorption; therefore, it is advised to limit the alcohol intake while using Forcazol Plus Tablet 10's. Keep Forcazol Plus Tablet 10's away from direct sunlight. Do not store Forcazol Plus Tablet 10's above 25ºC.

  • Try Vitamin B complex food sources like milk, cheese, eggs, liver and kidney, chicken, red meat, tuna, mackerel, salmon, shellfish, oysters, clams, dark green vegetables, such as spinach and kale, beets, avocados, potatoes, whole grains, cereals, kidney beans, black beans, and chickpea.
  • Try folate-rich food sources like broccoli, Brussels sprouts, leafy green vegetables, cabbage, kale, spring greens, spinach, peas, chickpeas, kidney beans, liver (avoid this during pregnancy), and breakfast cereals fortified with folic acid.
  • Sprinkle sunflower seeds over your food, vegetables and salads. 
  • Include fruits like citrus, banana, and watermelon in your diet.
  • Avoid smoking and alcohol consumption.
