Flurisone Eye Ointment 5 gm is used to treat corticosteroid-responsive inflammation of the eye. Eye inflammation is the swelling of eye tissue due to underlying conditions such as allergies, conjunctivitis (inflammation of the mucous membrane of the eye), or other eye disorders.

Flurisone Eye Ointment 5 gm contains ‘fluorometholone’, which decreases the release of chemicals (prostaglandin) that cause pain and inflammation. Thereby, it helps treat eye inflammation.

Directions for Use
