• Limit your fluid intake in the evening, especially two to three hours before you plan to sleep, to minimise nighttime bathroom trips.
• Avoid or significantly limit your consumption of caffeine and alcohol, as both can irritate your bladder and worsen urinary urgency.
• Practice 'double voiding' by waiting a few moments after you finish urinating, relaxing, and trying to go once more to ensure your bladder is empty.
• Avoid sudden changes in your posture. Stand up slowly from sitting or lying down positions to minimise the risk of temporary dizziness.
• Keep physically active, as regular moderate exercise is associated with better prostate health and reduced urinary symptoms.

• Do not donate blood: You must not donate blood while taking Flotra D Capsule Kit and for at least six months after your last dose. This prevents the medicine from being transfused into a pregnant woman, which could harm her unborn baby.
• Cataract surgery warning: If you are planning any eye surgery, tell your eye surgeon well in advance that you are taking Flotra D Capsule Kit, as it can cause complications during the procedure (floppy iris syndrome).
• Safe handling: Leaking capsules must never be handled by women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, as the active ingredients can be absorbed through the skin.
• Postural awareness: Always sit or lie down immediately if you begin to feel dizzy or lightheaded after taking this medication.
