• Eat an iron- and folate-rich diet: Include lean meat, poultry, fish, beans, lentils, spinach, fortified cereals, and leafy green vegetables in your meals.
• Stay well hydrated: Drink plenty of water and consume fibre-rich foods to help reduce constipation associated with iron supplements.
• Take the medicine regularly: Complete the full course as suggested and attend follow-up appointments to monitor your haemoglobin and iron levels.

• Check the expiry date before use: Always check the expiration date on the package before taking FFZ Tablet 15's. Do not use the medicine if it has expired.
• Avoid taking it with antacids or calcium supplements: Do not take antacids or calcium supplements within 2 hours before or after taking FFZ Tablet 15's, as they can reduce the absorption of iron.
• Inform your doctor if you receive blood transfusions: If you are receiving blood transfusions, tell your doctor before starting FFZ Tablet 15's, as you may not need additional iron supplementation.
• Tell your doctor if you have stomach ulcers: If you have a history of stomach ulcers, inform your doctor so your digestive health can be monitored while you are taking FFZ Tablet 15's.
