About Fenlong S Tablet
Fenlong S Tablet is used to relieve pain and inflammation in conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, osteroarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, muscle aches, back pain, joint pain, menstrual cramps, and toothaches. Pain can be temporary (acute) or long-lasting (chronic) in nature. Acute pain is for a short time caused by damage to the tissues of the muscle, bone, or organs. While, chronic pain lasts for life long caused due to nerve damage, osteoarthritis, and dental pain due to damage of the tooth nerve, infection, decay, extraction, or injury.
Fenlong S Tablet is a combination medication that contains diclofenac, famotidine, and serratiopeptidase. Diclofenac blocks cyclooxygenase (COX), a chemical messenger that triggers pain and swelling in injured or damaged tissue. Serratiopeptidase is a proteolytic enzyme that breaks down fibrin (a blood clot byproduct) into smaller units. This also thins fluids that accumulate due to injury, improving drainage and reducing swelling. Famotidine helps protect the stomach lining, which can be irritated by diclofenac.
Fenlong S Tablet can be taken with or without food. It should be swallowed whole with a glass of water. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Your doctor will advise you on how often you take Fenlong S Tablet based on your medical condition. Key Benefits
Fenlong S Tablet plays a vital role in reducing pain and inflammation by blocking the release of chemical messengers that cause pain and fever. Serratiopeptidase present in Fenlong S Tablet is a proteolytic enzyme that helps in the breakdown of insoluble protein (fibrin), a by-product of blood clots, into smaller units. It also causes thinning of the fluids in the body as a result of injury, thereby making fluid drainage smoother in the swollen tissue. Famotidine, which works alongside diclofenac and serratiopeptidase, helps to protect the stomach lining, which can be irritated by some pain medications.
