Feindia-Xt Tab is used to treat anaemia (lack of blood) that occurs mainly due to poor diet, poor absorption of food, or increased folate use in the body (in pregnancy). It contains Ferrous ascorbate and Folic acid, which work by increasing red blood cells (RBC) and haemoglobin (a protein) production in the body. As a result, an adequate number of RBCs is produced in the body, so that each tissue in the body gets a sufficient supply of oxygen. In some cases, it may cause side effects such as vomiting, nausea, stomach upset, or dark-coloured stool. Before taking this medicine, you should tell your doctor if you are allergic to any of its components or if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, and about all the medications you are taking and pre-existing medical conditions.

About Feindia-Xt Tab
Feindia-Xt Tab is used to treat anaemia (lack of blood) that occurs mainly due to poor diet, poor absorption of food, or increased folate use in the body (in pregnancy). Anaemia is a condition in which the body does not have enough red blood cells to carry adequate oxygen to various tissues throughout the body.
Feindia-Xt Tab is a combination of two drugs: Ferrous ascorbate and folic acid. Feindia-Xt Tab works by increasing the production of red blood cells (RBCs) and haemoglobin (a protein) in the body. As a result, an adequate number of RBCs is produced in the body so that each tissue gets a sufficient supply of oxygen.
Not everyone who is taking Feindia-Xt Tab will get these side effects. In some cases, you may experience vomiting, nausea, stomach upset or dark coloured stool. Most of these side effects of Feindia-Xt Tab do not require medical attention and typically resolve on their own over time. However, if the side effects persist or worsen, please consult your doctor.
Take Feindia-Xt Tab orally 1 hour before food or 2 hours after food or as directed by your doctor, typically once daily in the morning. The dosage of the medicine is based on your medical condition and response to treatment. To help you remember, take it at the same time each day. It is advised to complete your treatment course for better results.
If you are allergic to Feindia-Xt Tab or any other medicines, please tell your doctor. Let your doctor know if you are pregnant or breastfeeding before using Feindia-Xt Tab. Feindia-Xt Tab should be used with caution in children and only if recommended by a doctor. Feindia-Xt Tab may contain lactose. Therefore, inform your doctor if you have an allergy to any sugars before taking Feindia-Xt Tab. Also, let your doctor know if you have a history of stomach ulcers, vitamin B12 deficiency, any blood disorders, repeated blood transfusions, ulcerative colitis (inflammation of the colon), pernicious anaemia (anaemia due to a lack of vitamin B12), or folate-dependent tumours.
