Exnor TZ 400mg/600mg Tablet is primarily used to treat diarrhoea, dysentery, and stomach infections.  Dysentery is an intestinal infection generally lasting for three to seven days, causing severe diarrhoea with blood. Diarrhoea is a condition characterised by frequent bowel movements, resulting in loose, watery stools.

Exnor TZ 400mg/600mg Tablet is a combination of norfloxacin and tinidazole. Norfloxacin helps by preventing the bacterial cells from dividing and, hence, killing the bacteria. Tinidazole kills parasites that cause infections by damaging their DNA.

Some side effects of Exnor TZ 400mg/600mg Tablet include nausea, dryness of mouth, stomach upset, and headache.  Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects persist or worsen, please consult your doctor.
