Exenta 25 Tablet contains Eplerenone, which works by blocking the action of aldosterone, a natural substance that raises blood pressure. It also slows the progression of heart failure by reducing heart damage.

In some cases, Exenta 25 Tablet may cause side effects like nausea, vomiting, dizziness, diarrhoea, and elevated potassium levels.
