Excemet 25mg Tablet XL contains Metoprolol Succinate, which helps in slowing down the heart rate, making it easier for the heart to pump blood throughout the body.

Not everyone who is taking Excemet 25mg Tablet XL will get these side effects. Overdose of Excemet 25mg Tablet XL may cause nausea, vomiting, decreased consciousness or loss of consciousness (coma), irregular, fast, or slow heartbeat, chest pain, dizziness, fatigue or weakness and fainting.
