Euzyme Sugar Free Syrup 2 contains Fungal diastase, Caraway oil, Cardamom oil, and Cinnamon oil. Fungal diastase is an amylolytic enzyme that breaks down complex starch molecules into maltose (sugar) for easy digestion. Caraway oil improves digestion and relieves spasms in the stomach and intestines. Cardamom oil is a flavouring agent with antibacterial, antiseptic, and antispasmodic properties.
