Dolend SR Tablet 10's belongs to a group of medicines called Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs) or painkillers. These drugs are used to reduce and relieve pain and inflammation (swelling) associated with osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis. Arthritis is a condition that affects the joints. Symptoms include swelling, pain, inflammation, stiffness, and tenderness. 

Dolend SR Tablet 10's contains 'Aceclofenac', which works by blocking the effect of a chemical messenger known as cyclo-oxygenase (COX) enzyme that makes other chemical prostaglandins. By blocking the effect of COX enzymes, fewer prostaglandins are produced. This helps in reducing mild to moderate pain and inflammation at the injured or damaged site.

Consult your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Dolend SR Tablet 10's may cause drowsiness and dizziness, so drive only if you are alert. Dolend SR Tablet 10's is not recommended for children as safety has not been established. Avoid consuming alcohol along with Dolend SR Tablet 10's as it could lead to increased drowsiness and may also increase the risk of stomach bleeding. Stop taking Dolend SR Tablet 10's and consult your doctor immediately if you have stomach pain or any signs of bleeding in the intestine or stomach, such as blood in stools. Do not take any other NSAIDs for pain relief along with Dolend SR Tablet 10's unless prescribed.
