Desoent M 5mg/10mg Tablet is a combination of Desloratadine and Montelukast. Desloratadine acts by blocking histamine's action (chemical messenger) and reducing the allergic reaction. Montelukast blocks a chemical messenger (leukotriene) and reduces inflammation and swelling in the nose.
