It is a problem in which a man ejaculates sooner than his partner during sexual intercourse.

Depofil Tablet contains Tadalafil and Dapoxetine. Tadalafil works by inhibiting the phosphodiesterase enzyme, which leads to the breakdown of cGMP and causes relaxation of smooth muscles and vasodilation (widening) of blood vessels in the penis.
