Delpoclam Drops is used to reduce stomach pain, spasms, bloating, and symptoms of IBS  in children. It contains Dicyclomine and Simethicone, primarily given to relieve spasmodic abdominal pain, bloating, and general pain-related discomfort of the lower abdomen. It reduces spasms and pain by relaxing the muscles and blocking certain chemical messengers in the brain responsible for causing the sensation of pain. Also, it treats bloating and releases stomach gas more efficiently.
