Your doctor may prescribe De-Allergi Ab Tablet to help manage the following conditions:

• Asthma: Helps manage asthma by reducing airway inflammation, keeping the airways open, and improving breathing.
• Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) (Off-label): Your doctor may prescribe De-Allergi Ab Tablet to help manage COPD, including chronic bronchitis, in some people. It may help improve airflow and relieve symptoms such as breathlessness, wheezing, and cough.
• Allergic bronchitis: Helps relieve cough, wheezing, and breathing discomfort associated with allergic inflammation of the airways.
• Allergic rhinitis (hay fever): Helps relieve allergy symptoms such as sneezing, a runny or blocked nose, itchy nose, and watery eyes.

When used as directed as part of your treatment plan, De-Allergi Ab Tablet may provide the following benefits:

• Makes breathing easier: Helps improve airflow, making it easier to breathe during daily activities.
• Helps control respiratory symptoms: Helps reduce cough, wheezing, chest tightness, and breathlessness associated with asthma, COPD, and allergic bronchitis.
• Relieves allergy symptoms: Helps reduce sneezing, a runny or blocked nose, itchy nose, and watery eyes caused by allergic rhinitis.
• Helps clear mucus: Helps make thick mucus easier to cough up, reducing chest congestion.

• Take De-Allergi Ab Tablet with food to avoid stomach upset or as advised by the doctor.

• Do not chew, crush, or break it.

• Watch for mood or behaviour changes: Some people taking montelukast have experienced changes in mood or behaviour, including anxiety, agitation, depression, unusual dreams, or suicidal thoughts. If you or your family notice any unusual changes, contact your doctor promptly. If you have thoughts of harming yourself or others, seek emergency medical help immediately.
• Take it regularly: Take De-Allergi Ab Tablet exactly as prescribed, even if you feel well. Do not stop taking it without consulting your doctor, as your symptoms may return or worsen.
• Take care when driving: De-Allergi Ab Tablet may cause dizziness or drowsiness in some people. Avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how this medicine affects you.
• Tell your doctor about all your medicines: Inform your doctor or pharmacist about all prescription medicines, over-the-counter medicines, herbal products, and dietary supplements you take to help avoid possible interactions.
