Cuchel Capsule is used in the treatment of Wilson’s disease. The detailed uses of Cuchel Capsule are as follows:

• Treat Wilson’s disease: Cuchel Capsule contains Trientine Hydrochloride, a copper-chelating agent. It binds to excess copper stored in tissues and helps remove it through the urine, thereby reducing copper toxicity.
• Alternative for penicillamine-intolerant patients: Cuchel Capsule is often prescribed to patients who cannot tolerate penicillamine, another common treatment for Wilson’s disease.
