About Conspas Suspension 60 ml
Conspas Suspension 60 ml is used in the treatment of spasmodic pain and discomfort due to biliary colic, intestinal colic, and renal colic. It also helps alleviate the symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).
Conspas Suspension 60 ml is composed of two medicines: Dicyclomine (antispasmodic/anticholinergic agent) and Paracetamol (analgesic). Dicyclomine/Dicycloverine helps block the activity of certain natural substances that cause pain. Paracetamol has both analgesic (pain-relieving) and antipyretic (fever-reducing) properties, and it also reduces inflammation.
Common side effects of Conspas Suspension 60 ml include experiencing dizziness, nausea (feeling sick), digestive problems (constipation, flatulence, diarrhoea), and skin reactions (rashes and hives). Most side effects of Conspas Suspension 60 ml do not require medical attention and resolve gradually over time. However, if the side effects persist in your child, contact your doctor.
Let your doctor know if your child is sensitive or allergic to Conspas Suspension 60 ml or other medications. Before using Conspas Suspension 60 ml, let your doctor know if your child has liver, kidney or heart diseases and any other medical history. Some antacids may inhibit the absorption of Conspas Suspension 60 ml, hence consult your doctor.
