Codli E Tablet is primarily used to treat nutritional deficiencies due to various complications or long-term diseases. What if I have taken an overdose of Codli E Tablet

Drug Warnings

If you are allergic to Codli E Tablet or any other medicines, please tell your doctor. It is essential to inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning to conceive, or breastfeeding before taking Codli E Tablet . Codli E Tablet is not recommended to children unless recommended by the doctor. Do not take Codli E Tablet in a higher dose or use it for a long time than recommended, as it does not give quick or better results but increases the risk of side effects. If you have kidney, liver and heart problems, or bleeding disorders, inform your doctor before taking Codli E Tablet . Please inform your doctor if you are using any other medications, including vitamins and herbal supplements. If you need surgery, dental work, or a medical procedure, stop taking Codli E Tablet at least two weeks before surgery.

Diet & Lifestyle Advise

  • Include protein-rich foods such as yoghurt, chicken, and eggs in your diet as there is a loss of protein through burn wounds and the breakdown of muscles to produce extra energy for the healing process. The additional protein is required to rebuild lost muscle.

  • Add more carbohydrates to your diets, such as potatoes, beans, and rice, as glucose in carbohydrates is essential for healing.

  • Eat foods rich in quercetin (a flavonoid) such as apples, cherry, broccoli, spinach, and blueberries.

  • Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated and avoid sugary drinking beverages.

  • Always wear full clothes or use sun protection before going under the sun. It will protect your skin from sun damage.

Cod liver oil is an excellent source of omega-3 and vitamin A, both of which may protect against vision loss from inflammatory eye diseases like glaucoma and age-related macular degeneration (AMD) (an eye disease that causes vision loss).

Do not use Codli E Tablet if you ate allergic to Codli E Tablet or any other ingredients in it. Codli E Tablet is not recommended in hypervitaminosis D (high vitamin D levels), metastatic calcification (extra deposits of calcium in the body), before and following any surgery, or if you are on anti-hypertensives (control high blood pressure) medicines, bleeding disorder, and malabsorption syndrome (difficulty absorbing nutrition from food).

Omega-3 fatty acids are unsaturated fatty acids found in both animals and plants that aid in the function of the body's primary organs. Long-chain omega-3 fatty acids are present in oily fish like salmon and mackerel and are essential for a balanced diet. Flaxseed, chia seeds, and hemp seeds are the most common plant sources.

Take the missed dose as soon as possible. However, skip the missed dose and return to your regular dosing schedule if it is time for the next dose. Do not take a double dose to make up for the dose that you missed.
