About Ciprotas Injection

Ciprotas Injection is used to treat bacterial infections affecting the respiratory tract, ear, sinuses, urinary tract, genital tract, gastrointestinal tract, abdomen, bones, joints, skin, and soft tissues. It is also used to prevent or treat anthrax after suspected exposure and as initial treatment for patients with febrile neutropenia (a fever caused by a low white blood cell count).

Ciprotas Injection contains Ciprofloxacin, an antibiotic with bactericidal properties. It works by inhibiting bacterial cell division and interfering with their ability to repair themselves. Thereby, Ciprotas Injection kills the bacteria and clears the infection.
