Cinasto 30 mg Tablet is used to treat primary hyperparathyroidism, secondary hyperparathyroidism, and parathyroid carcinoma. It helps regulate parathyroid hormone (PTH) levels.

Cinasto 30 mg Tablet contains Cinacalcet, which works by signalling the body to produce less parathyroid hormone to decrease the amount of calcium in the blood.
