Cilnipres-TM 25/40 Tablet 10's is used in the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure). Symptoms include headache, dizziness, nosebleeds, changes in vision, chest pain, weakness and dyspnea (shortness of breath).

Cilnipres-TM 25/40 Tablet 10's is a combination of Cilnidipine, telmisartan, and metoprolol. Cilnidipine acts on the calcium channels of the blood vessels and suppresses the contraction of blood vessels. Telmisartan works by blocking the angiotensin II receptor, thereby relaxes the blood vessels and lowers the blood pressure. Metoprolol slows down the heart rate and makes it easier for the heart to pump blood. Together, Cilnipres-TM 25/40 Tablet 10's helps treat hypertension.

Not everyone who is taking Cilnipres-TM 25/40 Tablet 10's will get these side effects.
