• Organophosphate poisoning: CBCPAM INJECTION helps reverse muscle weakness, breathing difficulties, and paralysis caused by exposure to toxic agricultural sprays, insecticides, or nerve agents.
• Anticholinesterase drug overdose: CBCPAM INJECTION is used to treat an accidental overdose of medicines used for myasthenia gravis, helping to restore normal muscle function and control.

CBCPAM INJECTION is an antidote used in the treatment of poisoning caused by organophosphate pesticides and certain other cholinesterase-inhibiting chemicals. It helps restore the activity of cholinesterase enzymes affected by these poisons, particularly when given soon after exposure.

• Helps Reverse Poisoning Effects: Reactivates cholinesterase enzymes that have been inhibited by organophosphate poisoning, helping reduce excessive cholinergic effects.
• Supports Muscle Function: Helps restore normal nerve-to-muscle signalling, which may improve muscle weakness, twitching, and paralysis caused by poisoning.
