Castor-NF Skin Cream contains Metronidazole, Terbinafine, Clobetasol and Ciprofloxacin. Metronidazole kills microorganisms by damaging their DNA. Ciprofloxacin prevents the bacteria from reproducing and repairing themselves. Clobetasol inhibits the release of chemical messengers that cause inflammation and redness.
