• Chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML): Bucilted 60 Injection 10 ml is used in combination with other medications to treat CML by destroying cancerous white blood cells and preparing the body for a bone marrow or stem cell transplant.
• Conditioning regimen before transplantation: Bucilted 60 Injection 10 ml is used as part of a conditioning regimen prior to allogeneic hematopoietic progenitor cell transplantation (HPCT), helping to suppress the immune system and clear existing bone marrow cells to allow successful engraftment of donor cells.
• Alkylating agent in cancer therapy: Bucilted 60 Injection 10 ml is used as an alkylating agent that interferes with the DNA of cancer cells, preventing them from dividing and leading to cell death.
