Bilanom-M Tablet 10's belongs to a class of medication called anti-allergic medication and is used to treat allergy symptoms like sneezing, runny or stuffy nose, congestion, and watery eyes. Allergies happen when your immune system reacts to harmless substances called allergens, such as pollen, pet dander, or certain foods. Coughing helps clear these irritants from your airways.

Bilanom-M Tablet 10's contains two medicines: Montelukast and Bilastine. Montelukast reduces swelling, mucus, and tightness in the airways by blocking chemicals called leukotrienes. Bilastine blocks histamine, which causes allergy symptoms like sneezing, itching, and swelling. Together, they control both inflammation and allergic reactions to provide better relief.
