Bepomine Eye Drops 5 ml belongs to a group of medicines called histamine H1 receptor antagonists indicated in the treatment of eye itching associated with allergic conjunctivitis. Allergic conjunctivitis is a condition in which the eyes become itchy, red, swollen, and teary when exposed to certain substances in the air.
 
Bepomine Eye Drops 5 ml contains Bepotastine, which works by blocking and preventing the action of histamine, a chemical substance that causes allergic symptoms. Thereby, Bepomine Eye Drops 5 ml helps treat allergic conjunctivitis.
 
Bepomine Eye Drops 5 ml is for ophthalmic (eye) use only. • Bepomine Eye Drops 5 ml is typically used 1-2 times a day, or as prescribed by your healthcare provider, based on the severity of the condition.• Before using eye drops, wash your hands thoroughly. Then, tilt your head back, gently pull down your lower eyelid to create a small pocket, and drop the prescribed number of drops into the affected eye. Close your eye and gently press the corner of your eye near the nose for 1-2 minutes to prevent the drops from draining out.• Avoid touching the dropper to any surface, including your eyes, to prevent contamination.

  • Blink regularly as it helps in the spread of hydrating substances such as mucus and tears across the eyes.
