About Bepoforte Eye Drops 5 ml

Bepoforte Eye Drops 5 ml belongs to a group of medicines called histamine H1 receptor antagonists indicated in the treatment of eye itching associated with allergic conjunctivitis. Allergic conjunctivitis is a condition in which the eyes become itchy, red, swollen, and teary when exposed to certain substances in the air.
 
Bepoforte Eye Drops 5 ml contains Bepotastine, which works by blocking and preventing the action of histamine, a chemical substance that causes allergic symptoms. Thereby, Bepoforte Eye Drops 5 ml helps treat allergic conjunctivitis.
 
Bepoforte Eye Drops 5 ml is for ophthalmic (eye) use only. In some cases, Bepoforte Eye Drops 5 ml may cause common side effects such as mild taste changes, eye irritation, headache, and nasopharyngitis (common cold). Then, tilt your head back, gently pull down your lower eyelid to create a small pocket, and drop the prescribed number of drops into the affected eye. Close your eye and gently press the corner of your eye near the nose for 1-2 minutes to prevent the drops from draining out.• Avoid touching the dropper to any surface, including your eyes, to prevent contamination.

  • Avoid staring at digital screens for longer durations. Rest your eyes every 20 minutes.
  • Blink regularly as it helps in the spread of hydrating substances such as mucus and tears across the eyes.
