Bactex-10 Tablet is used to reduce and relieve muscle spasms (muscles with too tight or stiff). About Bactex-10 Tablet

Bactex-10 Tablet is used to reduce and relieve muscle spasms (muscles with too tight or stiff) occurring due to multiple sclerosis (a disease that affects the brain and spinal cord), stroke, cerebral palsy (a disorder that affects movement and posture), spinal cord problems, and other nerve-related disorders. A muscle spasm is a sudden and uncontrollable tightening of a muscle, which can be painful and uncomfortable.

Bactex-10 Tablet contains Baclofen, which works on the brain and spinal cord to help relax tight or stiff muscles.

In some cases, you may experience common side effects such as feeling sleepy, nausea, headache, weakness, or a dry mouth. These side effects usually go away on their own over time. However, talk to your doctor if you experience these side effects continuously.

Do not stop taking Bactex-10 Tablet suddenly, as it may cause serious side effects like muscle stiffness (rigidity), fast heartbeat, mood changes, mental disorders, fever, confusion, hallucinations, or fits (seizures). Talk to your doctor before using Bactex-10 Tablet if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. What if I have taken an overdose of Bactex-10 Tablet

Do not discontinue Bactex-10 Tablet without consulting your doctor. Discontinuing Bactex-10 Tablet suddenly might cause muscle rigidity, increased heart rate, changes in mood, fever, mental disorders, confusion, hallucinations, and fits (seizures). Talk to your doctor if you feel any difficulty while taking Bactex-10 Tablet ; your doctor will reduce the dose gradually.

Do not use Bactex-10 Tablet at a time when muscle tone is required for safe balance and movement during certain activities. In some conditions, it may be dangerous for you to have low or reduced muscle tone. Please do not drink alcohol with Bactex-10 Tablet as it can cause side effects. Avoid driving or performing hazardous tasks until you know how Bactex-10 Tablet will affect you.

Bactex-10 Tablet may reduce anxiety but not depression levels. However, it is not intended for treating anxiety.
