Azmom 0.1%W/W Cream is used to reduce inflammation (swelling), itchiness, and redness caused by certain skin problems called dermatitis or psoriasis. Dermatitis is a common skin condition associated with dry, itchy, or swollen skin. Psoriasis is a condition in which skin cells multiply faster than normal, resulting in white scales and itchy, dry patches.

Azmom 0.1%W/W Cream contains Mometasone furoate, a potent corticosteroid that works by acting inside skin cells and inhibiting the release of certain inflammatory substances in the body that cause redness, itching, and swelling. When the skin reacts to any allergens, these substances are released normally.

Use Azmom 0.1%W/W Cream as prescribed. You are advised to use Azmom 0.1%W/W Cream for as long as your doctor has recommended it based on your condition. Azmom 0.1%W/W Cream is for external use only. Avoid contact with Azmom 0.1%W/W Cream by nose, mouth, or eyes. In case Azmom 0.1%W/W Cream comes in contact with these areas accidentally, rinse with water thoroughly. Some people may experience inflamed hair follicles, acne, thinning of the skin, itching, stinging, tingling or burning sensations. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects persist or worsen, please consult your doctor.

Stop using Azmom 0.1%W/W Cream and contact your doctor if your skin becomes sensitive or irritated. Do not cover or wrap the treated area with a bandage unless advised by your doctor. Avoid using Azmom 0.1%W/W Cream for more than five days in children and on the face. Avoid using Azmom 0.1%W/W Cream in or around the eyes, including eyelids. Do not use Azmom 0.1%W/W Cream on large areas of the body or for longer.

• Follow your doctor's instructions on the dosage and timing of this medication to ensure safety.
• Check the label for directions before use. Apply Azmom 0.1%W/W Cream as a thin layer on the clean and dry affected area.
