Avanext 200 Tablet is used to treat erectile dysfunction (impotence) in adult men. However, Avanext 200 Tablet works only if he is sexually stimulated. Erectile dysfunction is the inability to keep an erection firm enough suitable for sexual activity.

Avanext 200 Tablet contains Avanafil which relaxes the blood vessels in the penis and increases the blood flow into the penis. This helps it stay hard and erect when the person is sexually excited. 

Take Avanext 200 Tablet as prescribed. You are advised to take Avanext 200 Tablet for as long as your doctor has advised it for you, depending on your medical condition. Avanext 200 Tablet may cause certain common side effects such as headache, stuffy or runny nose, flushing (sudden reddening of the skin), back pain, or sore throat. Most of these side effects will resolve gradually over time and do not require medical attention. However, if these side effects persist or worsen, please consult your doctor.

If you are allergic to Avanafil, tell your doctor before taking Avanext 200 Tablet. If you feel dizzy or have changes in vision, avoid driving or operating heavy machines after taking Avanext 200 Tablet. If you notice a sudden decrease or loss of hearing (sometimes dizziness or ringing in your ears), stop taking Avanext 200 Tablet and contact your doctor immediately. Avoid the consumption of alcohol, as it may impair your ability to get an erection or increase your heart rate and lower your blood pressure. Avanext 200 Tablet does not cure erectile dysfunction in males but treats erectile dysfunction.

If you feel dizzy or have changes in vision, avoid driving or operating heavy machines after taking Avanext 200 Tablet. Consult your doctor before taking Avanext 200 Tablet if you have Peyronie’s disease (a deformed penis), or ever had an erection that lasted more than 4 hours or if you have multiple myeloma (cancer of bone marrow), sickle cell anaemia (an abnormality of red blood cells), or leukaemia (cancer of blood cells). If you notice a sudden decrease or loss of hearing (sometimes dizziness or ringing in the ears), stop taking Avanext 200 Tablet and contact your doctor immediately. Do not take Avanext 200 Tablet more than once in a day.
