Atpure-SA Tablet contains atenolol and S-amlodipine, which work together to control high blood pressure. It helps relax blood vessels and improves blood flow throughout the body. It also supports better heart function and helps prevent chest pain.
Take Atpure-SA Tablet as advised by a doctor. You may experience nausea, tiredness, stomach upset/constipation, cold hands or feet, flushing (sense of warmth in the face, ears, neck and trunk), dizziness, headache, sleepiness, palpitations (pounding of the heart), and swelling of the ankles or feet. Talk to your doctor if you experience these side effects persistently.

Atpure-SA Tablet consists of Atenolol and S-Amlodipine. Atenolol treats high blood pressure, angina (chest pain), and irregular heartbeats (arrhythmias) by reducing heart rate and improving blood flow throughout the body. S-Amlodipine relaxes blood vessels so that blood passes through them easily, thereby lowering the blood pressure.
Atpure-SA Tablet is recommended to use in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Do not stop taking Atpure-SA Tablet on your own, as it may lead to a sudden rise in blood pressure, which increases the risk of heart attack and stroke.
Atpure-SA Tablet can cause dizziness as a side effect. If you feel dizzy, try getting up slowly from a sitting or lying position. If your dizziness is severe or unmanageable, please seek medical advice.
