At-Plus 75/10/75 Capsule is used in the treatment of heart attack (a condition when the blood flow to the heart is blocked), myocardial infarction (blockage of the blood to muscles of the heart), angina (chest pain), and stroke. Symptoms of a heart attack include chest pain, tightness in the chest, and pain in the neck, arm, or back.

At-Plus 75/10/75 Capsule is a fixed-dose combination of rosuvastatin, clopidogrel, and aspirin. Rosuvastatin blocks the ability of the body to produce bad cholesterol and improves the ability of the body to make good cholesterol. Clopidogrel and aspirin both work by decreasing the production of clots which is harmful to the body.

Not everyone who is taking At-Plus 75/10/75 Capsule will get these side effects. It also helps to reduce the increased levels of bad cholesterol (low-density lipoprotein and triglycerides). Together At-Plus 75/10/75 Capsule help to reduce the risk of heart attack, stroke and heart-related chest pain (angina).
