• Lie down and tilt your head backwards. Gently pull your lower eyelid with your index finger to form a pocket. Instil the prescribed number of drops into the pocket. Close your eyes for 1-2 minutes.
• Replace the cap tightly after each use.
• Avoid touching the container tip to the eye or eyelids to prevent contamination.

• Practice the 20-20-20 rule: When working on a computer or screen, look away every 20 minutes at an object 20 feet away for at least 20 seconds to reduce eye strain.
• Stay hydrated: Drink plenty of water throughout the day to help your body maintain healthy moisture levels, including natural tear production.
