Aortel LN 10/40 Tablet is used for the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure) and heart-related chest pain (angina). It contains Cilnidipine and Telmisartan, which widen the blood vessels and increase supply to the heart, lowering the elevated blood pressure and the workload on the heart. Also, it works by blocking the action of certain substances responsible for tightening the blood vessels.
