As the disease progresses, it leads to significant cognitive decline and changes in behaviour and personality.

Alzil-Sr 100Mg Tablet contains Donepezil, which works by increasing the levels of a substance (acetylcholine) in the brain involved in memory function by slowing down the breakdown of acetylcholine. Thereby, it helps treat symptoms of dementia in patients with Alzheimer's disease.
