About Afthuss Dental Paste 5 gm

Afthuss Dental Paste 5 gm is used for adjunctive treatment and temporary relief of symptoms associated with oral inflammation and gingival disorders. Also, it is used to treat mouth irritation.

Afthuss Dental Paste 5 gm belongs to a group of medications called corticosteroids. It contains Triamcinolone which works by reducing inflammation. It adheres to oral lesions, providing a localised anti-inflammatory effect.

Directions for Use

• Afthuss Dental Paste 5 gm is usually applied 2-3 times a day, ideally after meals and before going to bed, or as advised by your doctor.• It is for external use only. Do not swallow this medication.• Check the label for directions before use.• Apply a small amount of Afthuss Dental Paste 5 gm directly to the affected area, just enough to form a thin, smooth film. Do not rub the paste in, as it may become grainy, crumbly, or gritty. • Do not eat or drink immediately after applying Afthuss Dental Paste 5 gm.

Storage

• Store in a cool and dry place away from sunlight.

  • Maintain proper oral hygiene by brushing your teeth after meals and flossing every day.
  • Reduce your stress.
  • Avoid hard-bristled toothbrushes and mouthwashes containing alcohol or sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS).
