Hypertension is a condition in which the force of the blood against the artery walls is too high. Symptoms include headache, dizziness, nosebleeds, changes in vision, chest pain, weakness, and dyspnea (shortness of breath).

Aartel-MT-25 Tablet 10's is a combination of Telmisartan and Metoprolol. This medicine relaxes the blood vessels and lowers the blood pressure.

Not everyone who takes Aartel-MT-25 Tablet 10's will experience these side effects. In some cases, you may experience common side effects, including headache, nausea, dizziness, weakness, stomach pain, and a slow heart rate. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time.

You can take Aartel-MT-25 Tablet 10's with or without food. It should be swallowed as a whole with a glass of water. Do not chew, bite, crush, or break it. Your doctor will advise you on how often you should take your tablets based on your medical condition. It is always important to complete your treatment course for better results.

• Treatment of Hypertension: Aartel-MT-25 Tablet 10's is used to treat high blood pressure by relaxing blood vessels and reducing heart rate, thereby lowering blood pressure and reducing the risk of cardiovascular complications. <br/>

• Aartel-MT-25 Tablet 10's can be taken with or without food, as advised by your doctor. • Follow your doctor's instructions on the dosage and timing of this medication. Try to take it at the same time each day to help maintain steady levels of this medication in your blood. • Swallow Aartel-MT-25 Tablet 10's as a whole with a glass of water. • Do not crush, chew, or break it.

• Aartel-MT-25 Tablet 10's is a combination of two blood pressure-lowering medicines: telmisartan and metoprolol.
• Telmisartan works by blocking the angiotensin II receptor, thereby relaxing the blood vessels and lowering the blood pressure.
• Metoprolol helps to reduce blood pressure by allowing the blood to flow more smoothly.

• Do not take Aartel-MT-25 Tablet 10's if you are allergic to telmisartan or metoprolol.
• Inform your doctor if you are taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors, aliskiren, quinidine, disopyramide, or other medications that lower blood pressure.
• Inform your doctor if you have kidney or liver diseases, biliary obstruction, heart problems, low blood pressure, diabetes, elevated potassium levels, blood circulation problems, asthma, COPD, metabolic acidosis, pheochromocytoma, slow heart rate, psoriasis, myasthenia gravis, or Prinzmetal angina.
• Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult their doctor before taking Aartel-MT-25 Tablet 10's.
• Aartel-MT-25 Tablet 10's is not recommended for children below 18 years of age.
• Aartel-MT-25 Tablet 10's may cause dizziness and tiredness, so drive or operate heavy machinery only if you are alert. 
• Prolonged intake of Aartel-MT-25 Tablet 10's can cause an altered potassium level. So, regular monitoring of potassium is advised.
• It is always important to check the expiry of the medicine. Discard the medicine if it reaches the expiry date.
