Diarrhoea might be a side-effect of Tofamust Tablet 10's. Eat non-spicy meals and drink plenty of fluids to prevent dehydration if you experience diarrhoea. If you find blood in stools (tarry stools) or if you experience severe diarrhoea, consult your doctor. Do not take anti-diarrheal medicine on your own.

Tofamust Tablet 10's affects the immune system and might lower the ability of the immune system to fight infections. Tofamust Tablet 10's should not be taken along with tocilizumab as it might increase the risk of infections. Before starting Tofamust Tablet 10's, inform the doctor if you are taking tocilizumab.

Prior to starting Tofamust Tablet 10's, active or latent tuberculosis test, CBC (complete blood count), LFT (liver function test), and lipid profile tests should be done.
